Were necessary we reserve the right to insist that your first order must be delivered to the address that your card is registered to. This is to protect you from the increased threat from Internet and Credit Card fraud.

By credit & debit cards:
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.
By cheque and postal order:
Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Smallsports Ltd and posted to Smallsports Ltd ,8 Jordans Court,Killinchy,Newtownards,UK BT236UJ along with your completed order form.

Standard Worldwide Delivery - we aim to process for posting within 3 working days.

Express Worldwide Delivery - we aim to process for posting within 1 working day.

Smallsports Ltd also deliver to Channel Islands and BFPO – for delivery to these areas please allow the full 28 days, although we aim to deliver sooner. Please allow 7-10 working days before commencing enquiries and up to 28 days for any items that are out of stock when you order.
FREE worldwide delivery is subject to minimum order.

Smallsports Ltd charge a flat rate fee for all retail orders. If we send your order in separate parcels you will still only pay one delivery charge.

All prices are correct at time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may need to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of VAT

Please note that some free gifts and promotions have a minimum spend to qualify. The customer may be responsible for payment of postage and packing. All our gifts are chosen for specific promotions and cannot be exchanged. The supply of free gifts is subject to availability. You may be only able to exchange one promotion code per order. We reserve the right to exchange the gift featured for an alternative. All promotions are subject to an expiry date. Please check all relevant terms and conditions for any promotion before placing an order. To qualify for a promotion customers may be required to enter the correct promotion code which can be found on promotional material or order form.

All stock (including free gifts) is subject to availability.
For the purpose of current UK distance selling legislation all promotions associated with orders from Smallsports Ltd (including free gifts, prices, discounts, multi-buy savings and any other similar offers) will cease to be valid when stock is no longer available, unless otherwise stated.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions and specifications are correct. The limitations of colour reproduction may mean a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days.
i) If your whole order has not been selected for despatch in our warehouse, we'll be happy to cancel it and refund you in full, immediately.
ii) If your order is in despatch or has already been despatched, you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 working days from the day after you receive the order.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund you in full within 7 working days (Please allow up to 30 days for us to process the transaction). Please email us at returns@smallsports.ie for details on how to return items to us.
This cancellations policy complies with Sections 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Smallsports Ltd will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
On receipt of your goods, our Returns Team will inspect them and a refund or replacement will be processed as requested. If you've requested exchange items, no further postage will be charged on your exchanged goods. Please note Smallsports Ltd do not offer Free Returns. If you paid by credit card, debit card or cheque any refund will be paid directly back into your account.
If you paid by Postal Order or gift voucher you will be refunded via a cheque.

Smallsports Ltd observe the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1998 and are registered with the Information Commisioner for the UK.

We also comply fully with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
